Artist Jean M. Judd has been working in textiles for over twenty years. "All of my work is hand quilted, hand bound and from my own original designs. Most of my pieces made to date have been 100”x100” art quilts with more moderate size pieces now coming into my series work. I am currently working on five separate series which are evolving into contemporary abstract art and several commission pieces for collectors."
Her art quilts, textile wall hangings, and home decor pieces reside in private collections and homes across the US as well as internationally. They have been sold at auctions as well as fundraising raffles for national charitable organizations and retirement commissions. I also have done custom hand quilting on clients antique and contemporary quilt tops.
